Clinical Psychology offers assessment and treatment of individuals of different ages suffering with behavioural, emotional and/or psychological distress, which disrupts their everyday functioning and well being. Clinical Psychology aims to reduce this distress and enhance and promote psychological well being, to enable individuals to engage in meaningful relationships and valued work and leisure activities.

Dr Lisa Moss
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Social Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I am experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of psychological and mental health difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship difficulties, grief and low self esteem. My specialist interest is in the area of neuro-development including autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I am interested in perinatal psychology and the development of attachment and the complex interaction between early childhood experiences such as neglect and trauma, parental mental health issues and environmental factors in the development of mental health difficulties.
I draw on a number of therapeutic models and interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), systemic and solution focused approaches, individually tailored to meet the needs of my clients and their families.
