Hi, I’m Ferne, a BACP and NCPS Accredited integrative Psychotherapist. I offer both face to face and online work. I work with children, young people and adults.
I work with individuals to help them explore their feelings, overcome challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach combines a range of therapeutic techniques, allowing us to tailor the process to what works best for you.
I have been working with adults, children and young people with neurodiversity for five years, helping them navigate the impact of the past, feelings about the present and worries and anxieties about the future. I am also a part of the ASD/ADHD community (late diagnoses).
I understand how difficult it is to reach out and be vulnerable, especially with a stranger. Which is why one of my main focuses is to build and maintain a great therapeutic relationship with my clients. I know the importance of them feeling safe and comfortable around me to be able to do the work.
