About Lynne:

I am a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with over 10 years of experience working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), as well as in private practice. I support children, young people, and adults facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. It’s been a privilege to be part of their journey towards understanding themselves and making positive, lasting changes towards their value-based goals.

I understand that seeking support can feel overwhelming, whether for yourself or your family. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. I believe in building strong, collaborative relationships and tailoring my approach to meet each individual or family’s unique needs and goals.

With a compassionate, curious, and integrative style, I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and adaptations for neurodiversity.

I have a specialist interest and knowledge in working with neurodivergent individuals and those navigating peri menopause/menopause, offering understanding and tailored support for these experiences.

I undertake regular clinical supervision with an accredited supervisor, am DBS checked, and hold Public Liability Insurance.

Beyond my clinical practice, I also supervise qualified therapists and those undergoing NHS training, supporting their professional development.
