Dr Lisa Moss

Clinical Psychology

Price per session: £125

Hi, I’m Lisa. I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist working in both NHS and independent practice. Since qualification, I have specialised in assessment and support for children, adolescents and adults with Autism and ADHD. I offer remote sessions in my work with Yorkshire Psychotherapy Ltd. I accept both self-funded clients and I am registered with a number of insurers.

You might feel like it’s difficult to know where to start in making sense of your difficulties. In these circumstances, it can often be beneficial to book an initial assessment to determine the nature of your needs, and to help understand which therapeutic approach or intervention would be most useful to you going forward. This might include further work with myself, or with another member of our team. Perhaps you are a parent looking for some time-limited consultation around mental health issues for your child.

In some cases, I am able to provide more in-depth assessments and reports which can serve as a written record for yourself or other professionals. Please contact to discuss your specific requirements.

I have some availability for therapy as part of my work with the team. I am an integrative Clinical Psychologist, drawing on a number of different theoretical and evidenced-based approaches. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and bespoke, and individually tailored to your needs.

I have experience in working with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, low mood and poor self-esteem. Perhaps you are an adult and have recently received a diagnosis of Autism or ADHD and want help to make sense of this, or you might be looking for sessions to help you manage your ADHD symptoms using psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Please contact me to discuss your needs further or book direct via our website.
