My training and experience, grounded in the Person Centred approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy, enables me to offer clients an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance and warmth.
I have twelve years experience working in an NHS setting and Private Practice and with a variety of issues. I consider myself to be an integrative therapist as I have completed training and professional development within the theories of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Dreams and Nightmare Analysis. I also offer couples counselling and online counselling when required.
