I have been working in children and adults mental health services for the last 18 years.
I started my career as a support worker, then completed an Occupational Therapy degree before training as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I love working in the area of mental health and seeing the change that comes through using CBT and the possibilities that the change brings.
I work with a number of presentations that CBT is the recommended treatment choice for and I particularly enjoy working with low self esteem and anxiety.
